Vegan Fitness

It's difficult being a vegan and trying to get fit. Not really, but also really. A lot of the information out there is catered to meat eaters. Also, in my personal case, what makes matters worse is that I often fall back into the vegetative state similar to that of my primary food source.

If everything goes right, I won't spend a lot of time updating this blog, because I'll be super busy getting super fit. I do want to write in it, though, because it's mainly a place where I can make notes about things that might or might not work for me (and maybe for you! But note that I'm not making any promises, results are not guaranteed, information may not be accurate, that you take responsibility for any exercises or diet changes you implement, and you do everything at your own risk. Consult your doctor before doing anything at all, even breathing, because I'm not going to be responsible for that shit... especially when everything we learn together takes your breath away! :D

Campy.

Let's get fit.

About Me
I think all of that was about me, but I'll tell you some more. I'm vegetarian, but I prefer veganism, and this blog will focus on veganism. I want to have a more than presentable body by October 31, 2011, because I want to be sexy stripper Aladdin for Halloween. I'm going to be 22 years old this month. I'm male, but I don't want to look like that Michelin Tire fellow. I will probably do everything wrong, but in the end everything works out... right? :P
